Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms explain how QB1 Edge trials, billing, and cancellations work.
1. Membership and Free Trial
QB1 offers one paid membership with two ways to pay: $49.99 per month (recurring), or $197 prepaid for six months. New members may start a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method is required, and you will not be charged during the trial period. Members on retired legacy plans keep their original price and access for as long as they remain members.
2. Renewal and Billing
The monthly membership automatically renews at $49.99 per month unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges are processed by Square. The $197 six-month membership is a single prepaid charge: it does NOT auto-renew and no card is charged again. Access ends when the six months are complete unless you choose to purchase again.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the Membership & Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you will retain access until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
4. Plan Changes
Upgrades or downgrades between paid plans are processed through Square and take effect according to Square's subscription rules. Your billing page will reflect the current plan and next billing date.
5. Price Changes
If we change subscription prices, we will notify you in advance. Price changes apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.
